"Just be clear with me"
I just wish they would say what they actually mean instead of making me guess. The communication felt unclear and kind of frustrating, and it left me annoyed because I would’ve been happy to work with them or adjust things if they’d just been upfront. Tell me your real thoughts and I can work with that, but don’t make it confusing.

"I wanted to love it, but it didn’t do much for my eczema"
I’ve liked this brand for a while, so I was really hoping this would be one of those products I could stick with. Unfortunately, it didn’t help my eczema much. My skin was still itchy and irritated, and the redness didn’t really calm down like I expected. I’m kind of torn because I usually trust this brand, but this one just wasn’t a win for me

"Didn’t really do much for me"
My skin felt pretty much the same after using it, maybe even a little dry. I was hoping for better results, but if it keeps feeling like this, I’ll probably stop using it and switch to something else.

"I was excited to try this..."
I was excited to try this because it looked like a solid option and the packaging gave me a good first impression. But once I checked the label, I was disappointed. For the price, I expected better quality ingredients and something that felt a bit cleaner overall. It just came across as basic to me, and I didn’t feel like it was worth the money. I’m glad I gave it a try, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering it again.

The box showed up completely smashed, and there was just no padding inside at all. Disappointing because it didn’t feel protected during shipping

"Customer service took way too long"
I’m not saying the service was terrible or anything, because they did eventually get back to me and answer my question. But i shouldn’t have had to keep following up just to get a response. The wait was frustrating, and it felt like I had to chase them for something that should’ve been handled faster. Not the worst experience ever, but the response time definitely needs work.

The order showed up in good condition, so no issues there. I just had a feeling it would get here a little quicker, and the shipping ended up being slower than I expected. Overall it was fine, just not as fast as I’d hoped...

"Not What I Expected"
I wasn’t really convinced this product was as pure as it claimed to be, so that was disappointing. I also wish the instructions had been clearer because I wasn’t totally sure if I was using it the right way. Overall, it just didn’t feel worth buying again.

It helped a little, I guess, but not enough for me to be impressed. I was hoping for something more noticeable, and instead it was just kind of... there. Like, sure, maybe it did something, but why do products always make it seem like they’re going to be life-changing when the result is barely enough to mention? Not terrible, just not amazing.

I actually liked this at first and thought it was going to be a solid buy. It worked fine for the first little while, and based on how it was described, I really expected it to hold up better than it did.
After just a few weeks, though, it started wearing down way too fast. For the price, that was disappointing, especially since it felt like they promised something more durable. It’s not completely useless, but I wouldn’t buy it again unless they seriously improve the quality.

"I used it for a while and..."
I used it for a while and couldn’t tell much of a difference. The before and after looked pretty much the same to me. Maybe I was expecting too much, I don’t know. I kept checking in different lighting too, because my bathroom light makes everything look weird anyway, but still nothing really stood out. Just didn’t seem to do much for me.

"Too Greasy for My Skin"
Not gonna lie, I really wanted to like this, but it just felt way too greasy on my skin. It didn’t really sink in and kind of just sat on top, leaving my face looking shiny. I could see it maybe working better for someone with really dry skin, but it wasn’t a good fit for me.

"Not what I expected"
I was expecting something much better, but it kind of felt like a bait and switch. It looked/sounded like it would be smooth and nice, but once I tried it, it was way too greasy and had this grainy texture that I really didn’t like.

"Not exactly “fast absorbing”"
I really wanted to like this, but it takes forever to sink in. The wording made it sound like it would absorb quickly, which feels misleading because it mostly just sits on top of my skin and stays greasy for ages. I even tried using a tiny amount, but I still ended up with that oily layer, especially on my face. Definitely not ideal if you’re trying to get ready in a hurry or don’t want it rubbing off on your clothes. Disappointing

I was hoping this would be fine for casual family browsing, but there’s just too much weird adult stuff popping up. It feels like the goalposts keep moving on what’s considered acceptable, and it’s frustrating. Not something I’d feel comfortable using around kids.

"Frustrating on my phone"
At first glance, the site looked fine, but quickly I got annoyed trying to find anything. The pages were loading slowly on my phone, and the menu just didn’t make sense to me right away. Maybe I judged it too fast, but after a few minutes I was over it and gave up.

I gave this a solid few weeks, but my skin ended up getting worse instead of better. I started breaking out around my chin and cheeks, which isn’t even a normal problem area for me, so I’m sure this product was the reason. I emailed to ask what I should do, but the response felt super generic and not that helpful. Maybe it works for some people, but for my acne-prone skin, it definitely wasn’t worth it...

"subscription was more trouble than it was worth"
I signed up thinking it would be quick and easy, but the whole subscription setup ended up feeling messy. canceling was more annoying than it should’ve been, so it just wasn’t worth the hassle for me
